If you are satisfied with the offer accept it by e-mail confirmation. Thus is the order submitted to us.
You decide the payment method: bank transfer or Pay Pal.
You will receive an order confirmation, an invoice and our bank details or a link to Pay Pal by e-mail.
Thus, the contract is legally binding concluded.
35% of the invoice amount will be due immediately upon conclusion of the contract as deposit.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we coordinate with you the organization and time plan.
Afterwards within two workdays you will receive the detailed organization and time plan.
65% of the invoice amount will be due three weeks before your arrival on Gran Canaria. If the payment is not transferred until
two weeks before your arrival, is the contract automatically canceled. Full details are described in our cancellation policy.

Please note the following terms of cancellation:
You have a 14-day cancellation right. Within this period you can cancel the contract without consequences. You get back
the deposit. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract (see above). The Cancellation Policy can be found here.
If you cancel the contract after the 14-day cancellation period, we will retain the deposit as expense allowance.
